Independent retail comes with a lot of moving parts, and sometimes you just need someone to help you untangle them. The Retail Power-Up Session blends strategic clarity with hands-on, realistic fixes tailored to the time and resources you actually have.
This is a high-impact session designed for indie retailers who don’t want a long consultancy project, but do want clearer direction, more confidence, and practical support.
What’s Included
1. Pre-session Retail Review (10–20 minutes)
Before we meet, I take a look at your business from the outside, your website, messaging, customer journey touchpoints, and anything else relevant. This gives us a head start and ensures the session is focused and productive from the first minute.
2. 90-Minute Power-Up Session (Zoom)
A tailored conversation shaped around what you most want to improve. This can include:
- Understanding or improving your customer journey
- Gaining clarity on your business model or offer
- Using AI in practical, non-overwhelming ways
- Identifying bottlenecks and priority actions
- Knowing what to stop, start or change for better results
The aim is simple: clarity + practical improvement.
3. Personalised Action Plan
After the session, you’ll receive a concise, clear set of recommended next steps. Not pages of jargon, just the things that will genuinely shift your business forward.
4. Follow-Up Call (15 minutes)
Two to three weeks later, we’ll schedule a short check-in call to answer any questions, provide clarity where needed, and support your progress. It’s also a chance to reflect on what’s working and adjust where needed.
5. Optional Follow-On Session (£90 for 60 minutes)
If you’d like deeper support or want to build on the action plan, you can book an additional hour at a lower rate. No prep, no pressure, just practical help as needed.
